We feel that our wedding won’t be as beautiful and successful if not for Annie and the rest of the Plan the Day team. Our wedding was one of those impacted by the ECQ (last April 2021). We wanted to push through with the wedding given that we were uncertain when things will be better with the new Covid variants and with the slow vaccination roll-out. Annie listened to our decision to proceed with Caleruega (original church) while preparing for the worst which was to find a back-up plan in Manila. With a week to go before the actual wedding and knowing that we really wanted to have our wedding held in Caleruega, she engaged with the Batangas suppliers (church and prep) and authorities to secure approvals and documents to ensure there would be no hold-ups at the Nasugbu check point given all 10 guests and majority of suppliers will be coming from NCR. We also needed to cancel our contract with our reception in Tagaytay given that they were not allowed to operate with ECQ. Annie searched for Batangas-based caterers in that one week so that we can still have a reception. We were willing to just have a simple lunch, but she suggested to extend our ceremony livestream supplier to cover the reception, and she rearranged the reception flow to be workable to both 10 guests onsite and the virtual guests. And thank God she suggested this! 🙂 Annie also coordinated well with our livestream supplier to ensure the program went smoothly. On the actual wedding day, we didn’t worry about anything and were stress-free. Admittedly, there were a few communication concerns at the start of the overall wedding planning, but what’s good with the team is that they acknowledge your feedback and work on that. Overall, we’re glad that we had PTD as our coordinator. That one week before the wedding was definitely tough with the need to revamp majority of the plans, but she and the team handled it well and we felt we were in good hands.
